As the Composer, Eric Serra decided the music for each scene 

Jean Paul Gautier was in charge of the Costumes. He proposed that what actors/ actresses could wear and madethe design's costumes

The plot:

The scene takes place in the 23rd century. An ex-special forces agent who is now a cabbie, called Korben Dallas(Bruce Willis), finds himself caught in a fight against Evil that threatens to destroy the Earth when a mysterious woman(Milla Jovovich) falls into his cab.

Watching The Fifth Element, one would not be surprised to learn that a teenager conceived the story.  The film is a visual blast, and a lot of fun to watch, but it is also so unabashedly goofy that it is hard not to roll your eyes in certain places. None of that is meant to say that The Fifth Element is a bad film. 

My critical analysis:

During my first viewing i passed through this film and it's story. 

Indeed, with Bruce Willis in the credits, I was expecting a great action movie. 

It was only at a second viewing that I liked the Fifth Element by understanding the need to see it as a futuristic film and the vision of the future according to Besson. 

From this point of view, the film is rich with scenery worked very, delusional objects and a number of good ideas. Besson gives us a fascinating scenario and worked well. 

As I said, there is little action in the film and it is only a few scenes, though well done wont be remembered. Despite this, the film is well paced and it does not get bored. Serra signed music is simply brilliant and reinforces the identity of this film.

But the great strength is simply that we futuristic world depicted Besson which go further than «Back to the Future 2» and present a futuristic New York polluted, with cars flying and lots of gadgets delusional as the incredible multi-purpose weapon of Gary Oldman. Too bad that the film is too focused on the idea of concept of good and evil and it is as naive, but it is a futuristic tale that delivers Besson. In the end, a great and good Besson film.

If I had to go on a desert island and if I had to choose a book and a luxury item, I would bring with me an encyclopedia to not to die silly on this island, I think it would be useful for me survive as well. 

As a luxury item I would take a Kinetic watch  to be always aware of time passing, without battery.

For my  8 tracks list, I think I would not take tracks I like best but those who remind me moments or people.

I chose this track of queen because my mother loved it very much and played it when I was young.

"Le mariage de Figaro" is one of my father's favorite tracks. It is a song that reminds me many moments  of my childhood and reminds me my father.

Fly me to the moon to escape watching the stars, and also because Frank Sinatra was a great singer.

Beautiful Day by U2 is a track that I used to listen in the morning when I was young. It is a song that even today energise me.

Woh.. long time no see!

You said ? 1 hour and 12 minutes? Never mind, the thing is : you are still there and that's what is important...



I think there are some questions that you whant me to answer.
the first one should be "Why this blog ?"
Pretty simple to answer. I am starting this brand new Blog because as I said, I lost the last one, But at the very beginning i started a Blog such as Bananapple for The Ifips Experiment leaded by Lize Sagar my English coach during the third year of the engineering school, IFIPS .
The object of this experiment is to let apprentices practice English and improve it on their own, by writing posts on their blogs. Wich is a way to express themselves.


Then you should ask "Y stands for? Why y's Force? Who is M. Y ?" I would recomend you to be patient. You will understand later.

From Bananapple to Y'sForce

Greetings everyone...

...I should say "you" since you are the only one who found successfully this "Uniform Resource Locator".
Indeed, my first Blog bananapple is suddenly "out of the radar" I can't access it anymore. Don't ask how, It has simply disapeared.

So that's why I'am trying here a new beginning with a brand new blog wich I called "Y's force".
